Shipping Policy

At Enzo Moda, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services to ensure your orders arrive on time and in perfect condition. We partner with trusted logistics providers to deliver your products across the UK and Europe.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

  • United Kingdom:

    • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over £300. Orders under £300 will incur a flat rate of £20. Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.

    • Express Shipping: Available for a flat rate of £50. Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days.

  • Europe:

    • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over €1000. Orders under €1000 will incur a flat rate of €50. Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days.

    • Express Shipping: Available for a flat rate of €100. Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days.

 

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  • For any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Enzo Moda is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Please be aware that customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

 

Damages:

  • Enzo Moda is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy:

Return & Exchange Policy

At Enzo Moda, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free.

Return Policy:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to, sale items, customized products, and gift cards.

  • Return Process:

    • Contact our Customer Care team at returns@enzomoda.store to initiate a return.

    • Provide your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.

    • Package the item securely and include the Return Authorization Form.

    • Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Care team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

 

Exchange Policy:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Exchange Process:

    • Contact our Customer Care team at exchanges@enzomoda.store to request an exchange.

    • Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new item/size you would like.

    • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for sending back the original item.

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the new item to you.

 

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team immediately at support@enzomoda.store.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
